This is a good app to book appointments & keep track of everything. But the customer service is so pathetic and not at all helpful. The details of the dependents entered by the team are wrong and when I reached out I was told to wait for 24hrs without any response on how long will it take to resolve the issue and what else are required from my side 😒Also the issue was raised previous day for which I have proofs as well but the customer service said it was raised today ~3pm and closed the chat😕

I am using this application as corporate user but I have really bad experience with this app. They are not giving reimbursement for almost 2 month old claims and asking documents which is already submitted 8-9 times to them. Customer support is also not able to resolve your issue. Not preferred choice for corporate user.

This has ended up being the worst healthcare app I've used. Twice I tried to consult with a doctor and after assigning there was no response from them. My medicine order was so delayed that I just recovered naturally. Now I have no damn option to cancel it because there is no support section on the app and no response on email ticket. Another prescription I uploaded has been declined with no way to get a proper explanation. And delivery from a scrip from an old consult was so delayed it expired
