Was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get the problem fixed and it's still not working. The app keeps crashing/stopping while I'm trying to put in new scents. It's definitely the app that's the problem. I've trouble shooted and have updated the app, my phone, etc. I've only had this pura 4 for a month or so. Just long enough to use up initial fragrance and buy new fragrance that the app refuses to accept and work. Very frustrated! The app sucks!!

I've had the pura devices for over a year. No major problems until recently. The physical devices constantly flash red like they are not connected. The app just says to update the app to the latest version (the update is what I think caused the problem). Outside of that it wants me to reset all the devices and check my wifi. It's a bit ridiculous considering it's a wholistic system issue, and my wifi works. My devices no longer function, and there is no real fix.

Setup easy, but that's the only +. Works w/ Google features are useless & buggy. CS's response was "Email Google" & it's not their problem. I've only had it about a week & have the fragrances both @ lowest setting, but got a notification that one was running low and I need to order more. They're both still FULL and were correctly seated in the diffuser. EDIT: removed another star for persistent "running low" notifs AND now the app won't let me log in DON'T BUY

- Removed option to select a different diffuser during Change WiFi flow
- Removed back button during "Smart Vial Education" to improve experience
- Scent intensity slider was jumping unpredictably between levels while being adjusted
- Improvement to allow for short WiFi passwords (under 5 characters)

- Double-tapping Away Mode shows two pop-ups
- Add new diffuser button was not responding intermittently
