Feb 2026 Update Not Good. I have had 5 units, all working fine for many months, without issue. Suddenly last week (2/14ish) two of my units will not connect to my wifi. Nothing has changed. My other units are fine. These plug-ins are not inexpensive either! This has happened before and suddenly it resolved itself. I hope that is the case this time, but it's been going on for almost a week now. Both Pura 3 and Pura 4 are affected. It's very frustrating!

This app will send you notifications that maybe you're running low on fragrance even when they're full. It's an ad masquerading as a service. Allow only important notifications? It'll still send you ads. Their dishonesty is frankly even more annoying than their diffusers, which are junk and last only slightly longer than their fragrances.

Randomly drops cartridges. Sometimes registers the wrong scent or reverses the side its on. DO NOT bother subscribing unless you want to wait a month or more. My first subscription order hasn't showed up and my second was getting ready to ship. I canceled. The discount isn't worth the inconvenience/annoyance. When it works.....it's great. It's just not consistent at all.
