Truck delivery customers with Gordon Food Service accounts can utilize the Gordon Now App, which provides timely information about your current order including estimated truck arrival time, what’s on the truck, alerts for any out-of stock or short ship items.

US customers can now request Chemical and Beverage service. You also have access to past orders.

A quick link to Online Ordering in the US and Gordon Ordering in Canada is available.

Gordon Now is another way that Gordon Food Service is always at your table to help you run your operation.

This app is currently not available for Gordon Food Service Store home ordering customers.

Let's talk about logic, and let's talk about how to find your business ID barcode within the app. If you're a busy owner flying in and flying out on a regular basis from your local GFS store, and oops, you've mistakenly brought them wrong keys, you're screwed. PLEASE for the love of tech, just place the barcode INSIDE the app, not on an external popup ordering page. I searched for 25 minutes, and no one BUT the store Mgr knew where to find it, so we couldn't even scan it to our business acct.

Very Upset! I used to be able to go into the app to check for item availability and prices. The app forced me to update, and now I have to have a business account to even get into it. It is extremely out of the way to just drop into the store and more time-consuming as I work 3rd shift and sleep most of the day. Looks like I will have to take my business elsewhere now. Very disappointed.

It's really just a mobile friendly skin of the desktop GFS website. Needs work to stand on its own. Desktop is needed for in depth use. Great for quick add ons. Issues: Opens a new browser tab every time to order ( no in-app ordering functionality), forgets login credentials, needing to re enter passwords ( no instant fingerprint login option), no option to send in-app IMs to order desk or rep for product inquiries and SO's.
