I love the data bundle packages but the delivery is too slow... it is stated that within 5-30 minutes, it will reach you but it exceeds the 30 minutes which is not good... so they should please work on the app for us... That is the reason I gave it 4 stars but I love everything about this app.. Buying data bundles on the app is now frustrating (the delivery time, it takes more than an hour)... Please work on it for us

I was having a smooth purchase and delivery but recently delivery takes about 1 hour... one time it took 7 hours before it got delivered. Also I've been having problem because it say check status after purchase for about an hour or two before processing which give me headache... please I hope you fix this problem. My network runs fine so I don't know why it keeps doing that.. I have no issue with the Tigo purchase, just the MTN. Thank you
