Meet Gheorg and Gheorg-e! These friendly robot characters have been designed to support kids with anxiety.

The Gheorg app empowers kids to feel good by improving their emotional intelligence and mental wellbeing through fun activities.

Designed for kids aged 7-12 years, Gheorg has been co-designed with kids, educators and health professionals.

With Gheorg’s loveable characters, kids perform daily check-ins to build awareness of their emotions. Gheorg shares stories with kids about how to process challenging emotions, and Gheorg encourages kids to go through a mindfulness breathing exercise that allows them to learn how to calm themselves when they’re feeling stressed.

The short daily exercises and therapies used within the Gheorg app provide positive neuro-shaping for long term mental health improvements. Gheorg uses the most up to date psychological science therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). These therapies help children better understand emotions and strengthen their emotional intelligence.

Gheorg is on a mission to end childhood anxiety. The Gheorg team regularly works with scientists, health professionals and educators so we can provide the best solutions to support kids with anxiety.

I would give 0 stars if possible all I wanted was an app to express your self but no you have to PAY to play please fix this there are a lot of people who want this app but have no intention of paying anything. Would not recommend unless you like paying for stuff which is rare. Have a good life🤗😑

Only just tried out have not given to child yet. Great idea, love the bots, can't set correct birthday, app seems to crash a bit. Would help if bots spoke the words written on screen. Looking forward to updates!

Sorry, I have not used this app before. It seems like a really good app. I just don't have the money to get in because I am a kid. Again, sorry. I hope the one star I gave you does not have a big effect on your app. But if I can get in somehow, please tell me. I've only seen the subscription screen before.
