the raffles area of the app is all messed up & has been like that thru multiple app updates for me. after the main raffle page, once i try to enter or select tickets, i CAN NOT scroll down as normal - need to keep trying & each successful scroll (feels like a 5% success rate) only gives me like 1mm progress down the screen. idk why its like this but it has been for months. also didn't properly get the badge for my first in app purchase. had to contact customer service for it lol

I get emails from Ghost about upcoming products, restocks, and deals. But when I open the app, nothing shows up in the news or upcoming section. Which is a shame because you're supposed to be able to get notifications when something launches. The app will send me a notification but when I do open it, nothing (if I don't read it when it pops up in my screen, then it's gone). The concepts are there but still not working properly. Love the product, don't use the app.

The app started off great was nice to use the reward points ts recieve new products and Information right from the brand itself...however they seemed to have scaled back the app can't find all the typical products I found in the past and makes it hard to use reward points and they even dropped the amount of points each code gives you went from being a useful app to 1 I may just delete and access on the internet browsers.
