SpeakAlert is a free voice reminder app and talking alarm that plays reminders out loud — in your own recorded voice, with text-to-speech (TTS), or with any audio file. Unlike reminder apps with silent notifications, SpeakAlert makes sure you actually hear your reminders, even when your phone is in your pocket or across the room.

Great, straightforward app which is easy to use and has lots of customisation for setting reminders. I like that I receive a voice reminder through my phone (also appears on my linked smart watch) and I can set it to keep reminding me every X minutes until done, if I wish. The reminders can be set to repeat, eg. weekly, yearly, customised. It is very easy to use and navigate around the app and there are absolutely no adverts. Fantastic!

Really nice and useful reminder app! I’ve got a lot of benefits from using it. The voice reminder feature is especially helpful and makes it much easier to remember important things. Simple, useful, and genuinely helpful.

stopped working after 1 day....I set the audio reminder to ring after every 2 hours but it's not responding...I had done the battery optimization setting just after the installation...yesterday it worked smoothly but today it doesn't respond any of the alarm scheduled for today

• Pause reminders from Home — for an hour, the rest of the day, or until a time you pick
• Home now tells you why a reminder was silent: quiet hours, a pause, or battery restrictions
• Fixed: the lock-screen alert never appeared. It now wakes the screen, and is redesigned
• Fixed: restoring a backup failed. Your existing backup files will import correctly
