I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

No signal, no WiFi calling, coverage maps are a pack of lies and customer care experts answer questions you never asked. Only good experience was the ease of installation of eSIM and signing up, which was surprisingly easy and simple to do. Unfortunately the no signal and no WiFi are deal breakers, so I've cancelled the plan and deleted eSIM

The application doesn’t work. I reinstalled it, but I still cannot log in. The website is a complete waste of time — it gets you nowhere. I have a £25 credit that I cannot see, access, or control in any way. Customer service is non-existent. There is no phone number to call. To be able to write to an agent, you have to go through a thousand clicks, each one leading you to irrelevant topics or back to the main help page. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
