I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

The app doesn't work... It gives the T&C page. T&C which you can't read because links don't work but it allows you to accept them. Next page is login/create an account and whichever pressed it goes to never-ending spinning wheel... Restarting the app, the phone, reinstalling - no change. App works on my ancient Alcatel but can't even login on a younger Samsung?!?

No signal, no WiFi calling, coverage maps are a pack of lies and customer care experts answer questions you never asked. Only good experience was the ease of installation of eSIM and signing up, which was surprisingly easy and simple to do. Unfortunately the no signal and no WiFi are deal breakers, so I've cancelled the plan and deleted eSIM

What’s new

Let's just jump in this time around folks. We've terminated some bugs (they will not be back) and fed the digital hamster turning the wheels. Things should run a little smoother from now on.
