I have been using the app since two years. The initial set up was very un-intuitive and difficult to figure out when connecting your WiFi with the device. For about a month now I am unable to log in my account. The App says 'Net Error'. Even when I try to register a new account it says Net Error. I tried switching ISPs, too. I can't do local debugging as well. I cannot create a ticket or contact support. Really frustrating.

I forgot my password and now I can't even sign in. It keeps getting stuck at the verification point with errors "do not frequently obtain verification code" "unbound phone number or mailbox". How does one get past this point! Everything was working fine till it suddenly signed out of it itself from Solis home and was told to download solis cloud. Now I can't recover my password.

Yet more useful functionality lost in the Mar '24 update, you can now no longer see the state of battery charge on the flow graphic and the 'state of charge' line on the graph has gone too. Aug '23 update has lost the useful bar graph that showed what percentage of daily generation has been exported. Gives more useful information than the old GinlongHome app but you have to go though more steps to access it. The graphs can be quite hard to read on a phone screen. Otherwise seems to work OK.
