I have been using the app since two years. The initial set up was very un-intuitive and difficult to figure out when connecting your WiFi with the device. For about a month now I am unable to log in my account. The App says 'Net Error'. Even when I try to register a new account it says Net Error. I tried switching ISPs, too. I can't do local debugging as well. I cannot create a ticket or contact support. Really frustrating.

After the latest update on 30 January, 2026, I’m unable to view my saved plants. Logged out and now unable to log in again. it's giving "Time Out" message. Found that, It is working with VPN, very strange, please fix it. All displayed pages are same as they were before the update, what's new ?

Overall it is very good and covers almost all aspects. However, there is one feature that I strongly feel is missing. The app should allow users to view previous records of unit consumption based on selected dates. Since meter readings are taken on different dates, there should be an option to select custom start and end dates to check how many units were consumed during that specific period and how many units were supplied to WAPDA. Please add in next update. Thanks 👍
