I have been using the app since two years. The initial set up was very un-intuitive and difficult to figure out when connecting your WiFi with the device. For about a month now I am unable to log in my account. The App says 'Net Error'. Even when I try to register a new account it says Net Error. I tried switching ISPs, too. I can't do local debugging as well. I cannot create a ticket or contact support. Really frustrating.

Since December the app has started showing 0 for the load on the grid. I cannot trust the figures I am being shown in general as they never add up. Really quite disappointing. Also, the inverter is not supported by Octopus which in the UK is quite a problem. One theory was that the api is too difficult to integrate with. With hindsight I would have chosen any of a number of alternatives (so much for working with advisers)

Alright. Has the potential to be a lot more. Some rather unnecessary bugs, such as the previous day blocking the next when setting manual battery schedules (a headache for me as I for the moment have to use this). AI mode generally does what it's supposed to, until it decides to dump to the grid during cheap hours. So keep an eye on it. Could do with a somewhat streamlined interface, but alright. Recent update might have broken something, battery is suddenly only using 1/10 of set charge kW.
