I have been using the app since two years. The initial set up was very un-intuitive and difficult to figure out when connecting your WiFi with the device. For about a month now I am unable to log in my account. The App says 'Net Error'. Even when I try to register a new account it says Net Error. I tried switching ISPs, too. I can't do local debugging as well. I cannot create a ticket or contact support. Really frustrating.

Great app! I have completed around 80% of using Solis and just 2-3 features left to explore. I'd like to request a new feature: Custom Alarm - an option to set an alarm when the battery reaches a specific percentage. This would be super helpful for users like me who want to be notified when their battery hits a certain level. Please consider adding this feature in the next update!

since upgrading to a Google pixel 9 with Android 16, this App won't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, no success. The app installs all ok, but when you click to open, a black screen appears and then a white box appears with words App is not working Wait or exit. please fix. I just applied the latest update and it still does not work
