The contact person is irresponsive. They said I need to wait for three days for a complaint, it's already 4 days and still no follow up or even an update for the complaints progress.

The recent update destroyed the usability of this app for both property owners and customers alike. Even you guys went out of your way to delete owners phone numbers and addresses, forcing everything to be done through the app which, at this current state of the app, is impossible.

with new update and new system this app become worst app. how can this app decide to make "premium program" such as mami kos gold plus just to answer customer chat and better algorithm. it just ridiculous how owner "kos" can only answer once a week chat. much worst than dattingapps predatory in app purchase. and how complicated from both side to refund. probably this worst implementation on this app become opportunity for other who wanna make this kind of app.
