Awesome apps so far. I will give it 5 stars if : 1. Allow different phone numbers for different boarding house admins under the same company. ​2. Provide clear price justifications for various room types (superior, deluxe, etc.). Currently, if a tenant books the wrong room rate on Mamikos, they have to cancel it first and incur an additional admin fee ​3. The application's AI is already good, but the area-based competitor analysis provided by Gemini Pro is better. Overall, above the competitors

Good for locals, but very 'foreigner-unfriendly.' The app lacks an English language option and doesn't support international credit cards or non-Indonesian phone numbers. These major limitations aren't disclosed in the FAQ, making it frustrating to navigate without a local setup and Google Translate.

Despite the experience on the app, I had a bad experience renting 'kost' from this app. The customer service went unresponsive and seems ignorance towards the customer rights. I was supposed to get a deposit after my terms ended, but it took very long for them to even reply and already passed the estimated time they give. Still, no response. FYI, they're the one who's responsible about the billing and stuff anyway, not the owner of the 'kost'. It's pretty annoying. Please make an improvement.
