I wish there was a way to track your balance like there was for the last Glacier Hills app. It only shows me transactions, not the resulting balance after each transaction. That was one of my favorite features of the old app. Also, this may be a result of Glacier Hills trying to adjust to changes rather than the app itself, but I don't know what my password is anymore. I used the last 4 digits of my social originally, but now when it asks for my password to transfer money, that doesn't work.

New app doesn't show the names like "checking" or "savings" just account numbers. It doesn't show on the app my past balance. It asks for a password, when I'm already in my account, to transfer funds. Plus getting help on the phone is close to impossible. Unless you want to wait 45 min. Considering leaving for a different bank because of app. 9/9 app is still the worst.

This app is extremely confusing. No way to rename accounts so they aren't just numbers. Also shows auto loans I paid off awhile back ‐ why? I also found the app was not matching up info with the new Virtual Branch desktop version on my credit card balance due. Tried to make my usual payment for July, 3 different amounts were listed due between this app, Virtual Branch, and the actual credit card statement online. Sent 2 emails in the last 2 days about the issue - no response. Just horrible.
