So nice when it works. It's so unbelievably slow to load anything, if it actually does. It freezes, trying to load events notifications is ridiculous. Almost never works trying to enter them through the event notification. You have to close the app and just load it through the normal main screen, and still either doesn't work (just sits there and loads) or it doesn't work at all... Like I said at the beginning, it's nice when it works, but this app definitely needs some attention.

App no longer functions to delete recordings. As of today I can no longer delete recordings from my local storage memory card. I select all recorded clips to delete then get a "failed to delete" error. I noticed after the latest update on 9/11/25 that I wasn't getting notifications in a timely manner when someone arrived at my back door, they would show up an hour or more later. I should have stuck with a Eufy doorbell and app. I've never had a problem with it.

My recommendation would be to add better notification controls. The app should allow users to record everything, but only send alerts for specific events, such as a person walking toward the front door, someone standing near the house for too long, or a vehicle parking directly in front of the home. It should not send an alert for every car that simply drives by. There should also be separate alert settings for people, vehicles, animals, and motion. For example, I should be able to turn off ale
