It's frustrating to use the Guardian app and website. The provider search feature doesn't work on either platform. A smooth online experience is what everyone wants these days, especially when dealing with important matters. Hopefully, things will be fixed soon so people can get the support they need.

It doesn't show up in my app drawer and I can't put an icon on a page. The only way I can open it is to look it up in Google Play. What's the actual name of the app? It's should be called Guardian. I can't log in unless I use a lock screen. Whether I use a lock screen is my decision not some app developer. In the comments they keep responding asking people to call them to give more details. Just read the comments! It's all there! Fix the problems that people are complaining about! Garbage!

What a joke..I open the app and sign in and what does it do? Opens in browser. What's the point of an app if it's only a shortcut to your browser page? You can just put a browser shortcut page to your desktop and delete the app. Update : I spoke to customer service who informed me that the apps are intended for companies. For individuals who purchased it you have to go to the webpage and scroll past the business login to the individual part. 😑 customer service was truely not helpful.
