I was unable to access my bar code when I was at Pizza Boys and Rituals. Thankfully, I had screenshot it and saved in case. Today was my first time using the app and the reward system. The bar code did not work on the first scan, but did on the second. About an hour after I got home and checked the app, the points were already allocated. The app itself is very user friendly and visually appealing. I will be using for placing orders due to convenience and how easy it is to use.

This app works relatively well. However, on a few occasions I would have experienced issues with trying to place an order, show the store was closed when I knew it wasn't. App not taking the order a routing me back to the screen to select pick up or delivery. I guess it just needs tweaking abit.

It's good, got the call to confirm order which I found really good. But when trying to navigate and change toppings or add, the app does not allow it to happen. Also it needs updating with new specials like the drinks etc. The only options are bottles drinks
