Doesn't load properly, awkward to use, I have to tap the "buy membership" option to navigate to the class/course lists (which makes no sense). Notifications pop up but when tapped they don't link to the content of the notification, they link to the buying options/payments page. Attended courses don't count as classes for some reason, they don't show up in booking history. I genuinely hate this app and it's putting me off attending courses at the venue I'd like to use.

If you go to more than one gym/studio that use this app then it is TERRIBLE!! One of the most frustrating user experiences in a long time. It's not exactly an edge case scenario. The product owner, business analyst, and UX designer all should take a good hard look in the mirror and figure out if they actually like what they do. If you only belong to one club/studio that uses this app, then it works pretty well, but could still use some improvements.

Terrible interface and not responsive. The app lags when I try to return to the schedule screen after booking a class, and exiting/restarting is faster. I can't turn off email notifications. The way the schedule page is designed is really confusing! Not only does it lag when I try to scroll through dates, it's not clear what date I'm reviewing. It's shocking how bad the UX is. The delayed response when I cancel or book a class has caused me to accidentally book/cancel classes. Very disappointed!
