This is for glofoxes benefit. There is not enough administrative control over employee roles. I'm a training facility and the majority of my "billing" comes from billing my trainers their rent. But I can't give the trainers the freedom to control the app without giving them access to my billing. Furthermore, you can't adjust a profile once it's been created. There is so much I love about glofox but this is ruining why I got the app to begin with. They say this is road mapped. It needs a 911 fix.

I'd like to actually be able to do admin on the app rather than just see the members. You can't add new members or adjust anyone's membership or anything very useful really. It's pretty much just for class coaches to see who's booked in.

Make sure to be updated to the newest version of the app to be able to add new members, process membership purchases and get business insights on the go.

Nice and easy to use. Which is key. Great sales tool to allow you to keep up to date with new leads and prospects. Scheduling is easy and simple to view. I'd be lost without this app in my studio. Saves me having to use a laptop all the time too
