This is for glofoxes benefit. There is not enough administrative control over employee roles. I'm a training facility and the majority of my "billing" comes from billing my trainers their rent. But I can't give the trainers the freedom to control the app without giving them access to my billing. Furthermore, you can't adjust a profile once it's been created. There is so much I love about glofox but this is ruining why I got the app to begin with. They say this is road mapped. It needs a 911 fix.

Constantly resetting on me when I first open the app. Now it's kicked me out and won't let me log back in. Won't tell me why just won't do anything when I hit log in, or forgot password. This is not the first time, I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app at least 6 times since it updated to the newer version. Never had problems with the original version.

There isn't a way to report bugs on the site it only leads you to a very limiting FAQs that is only very basic questions. Only Super Admins have power to change dumb little things like changing if a member can receive emails for the REQUIRED signing of the terms and conditions / club waivers, like why? Changing membership plans is over complicated for no reason, training new people is hard ONLY because of this over complicated for no reason system. I do not recommend.
