From glucose levels and blood pressure to heart rate and rhythm, breathing rate and oxygen saturation, Hovid GlucoNow takes measurements off patients’ minds by continuously monitoring key health markers right from the wrist.
The Hovid GlucoNow solution consists of a smartwatch and a mobile App.
Currently Hovid GlucoNow watch is available only in Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore.
The Hovid GlucoNow watch is a wearable smartwatch to monitor multiple physiological parameters. The solution does a daily glycemic trend monitoring. In addition, it monitors trend of blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation and respiration rate.
Notifications and Connectivity
As a connected companion device, the GlucoNow watch works with the mobile app to receive and display notifications for incoming calls, text messages, and calendar events directly on the watch. The device does not send SMS or make calls; it only displays notifications passed from the connected phone.
The GlucoNow Mobile Application serves as the primary user interface, as well as a backend cloud interface and community feature connected to the platform that stores data and provides personalized insights to GlucoNow watch users. It can connect to only Hovid GlucoNow watch as the smart device. The user only receives a notification on the smartwatch for an incoming call, text message or calendar events, as accessed by the app from the operating system.
Hovid GlucoNow conforms Conformité Européenne (CE) certificate as well as the Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) label is required for the sale of the GlucoNow watch in Malaysia. Philippines and Singapore require only CE to sale in those countries.
The GlucoNow watch is deemed as a Consumer Product. It is not a medical device. The SIRIM label demonstrates product compliance with national standards.
Pain-free measurements
The only medical device that measures blood glucose without finger sticks, needles, pain, or discomfort, Hovid GlucoNow's proprietary sensors also track blood pressure without using a cuff, and more.
