Por mucho la peor experiencia que he tenido para viajar, pésimo servicio a clientes, cancelaron mi vuelos dos veces y no me dieron otro boleto, nunca me dieron una buena atención y jamás vuelvo a comprar algo con ellos, por favor busquen otro sitio web. By far the worst experience I've ever had, poor customer service, they cancelled my flight twice and didn't give me a new one, they never answer the phones and the whole experience was worrying and exhausting, I'll never book with them again!

Don't buy your tickets with this company!! Customer service is lousy and they always give you different information on each call, making you waste your time with a flight change or cancellation, they do not take any complaint or claim seriously and you can wait months for a confirmation from them.

i have used despegar before and loved it and wanted to buy a ticket last week on here and I was willing to spend more money but their page was failing! it would not allow me to enter the name of the City for my billing info. had to buy ticket elsewhere and got it for cheaper
