GME obtained its MVNO license (제 1호-01-23-0022 호) from ICT Ministry of Korea, now GME can issue Altol SIM card (알뜰) in collaboration with LGU+, one of the top 3 Telecom operators in Korea

Customers Can apply for the GME Mobile SIM Card from the app and receive the physical SIM card at their home address

Phone: Needed to verify your mobile phone number for using mobile transportation in collaboration with EZL Co., Ltd.

1. Storage and Media: Allows you to upload documents for ID verification, download transaction receipts, remittance statements, and bank statements (optional).
2. Location Information: Used to find your current address during user registration (optional).
3. Contacts: Helps you find mobile numbers for mobile top-up (optional).
4. Camera: Enables you to capture photos for ID verification, profile pictures, and face verification (optional).

GME acts as on loan facilitator in cooperation with our sister company, GME Finance (Business registration no. 646-88-01104 and license no. 2019-금감원-1801) that is regulated by Financial Supervisory Service (http://www.fss.or.kr).
GME does not have the authority to enter into loan contracts directly. Affiliated financial company conducts loan reviews and enters into loan contracts with customers.

- Loan Limit: From 2 million KRW to a maximum of 50 million KRW
- Loan Period: Minimum 6 months, maximum 120 months
- Comprehensive Interest Rate Range: Annual rate from a minimum of 9.05% to a maximum of 20% in accordance with the legal interest rate permitted by Financial Supervisory Services of Korea
- Loan Repayment Example: For a KRW 2,000,000 loan at an annual interest rate of 10% over 12 months with equal monthly principal and interest payments, the total repayment amount will be KRW 2,110,460 (monthly payment of KRW 176,000).

You need to provide an exchange rate chart. Think about it. It will be very useful.

Why is your chat bot is limited there are no options of typing anywhere. Well, I tried to log in, and I forgot the password, so I went to forget the password option, and when I entered my user, I'd it say contact to the service center. Again, I think that my id has not been registered, but when i try to register, it says the username already used.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the customer support response time. I have tried contacting the support team several times, but my messages have not been seen or replied to on time. This delay has made it difficult for me to resolve my issue. I hope the team can improve their response time and communication, as timely support is very important for users.
