App not opening on my phone. it's showing check connectivity while my data connection too is on but doesn't open still.

I have downloaded this app a couple of times but it is not working. What's the issue kindly help resolve this.

*Notification and Voice note doesn't work. *Photos in portrait mode is automatically zoomed in, if you wonna see any photo at its full length, you have to put your phone in landscape. App crashes just at anytime and won't work for days without any notice. ...it has potential but it really sucks for the stated reasons. Also there should be a video recorder option. Thanks
