I love my go bank account. Very easy and simple to understand and us. I would suggest anyone who gets direct deposit of $500.oo a month or better to get this card. Free account and atm withdrawals as much and many as u need. The only thing is s $500 a day limit. But all good besides that.😁👍💯
I've had problems with the vault feature. I have plenty of money to transfer to back to spend & it's denying my transaction. As if I don't have money to get out of my vault. I've called & all they tell me is they sent it to who the hell knows to fix it & give them 1 day. Unacceptable. I want my money NOW!
Easy and simple banking. I've been in the banking industry for 20 years, and this is simple! Here is a challenge for you go bank...the ATM service providers you partner with have the ability to accept deposits. Can we jump on that? Is some thing in the works to deposit into partner ATMs?
Used to be great and I would've recommended them, but in the past year they've gone downhill.. Picture deposits used to be instant, now they take 3-4 weeks everytime, new customers have to pay a monthly fee, everything is so much slower than it used to be.. I'm looking at switching banks. I'm not sure what happened, but GoBank made a complete 360 from 3 years ago...
Really unhappy with this bank card. I changed my address through the app and they turned my card off. The account isn't frozen the card is just turned off and they claim they cannot reactivate it. They told me I will have to wait 7 business days for a new card. Arranged to have a call back with a supervisor because this is unacceptable to me they should not turn a card off for no reason other than having changed my address. As soon as I receive the new card or they turn my card back on I will be withdrawing all of the money on this card and switching to a new banking company.
My gobank card was supposed to be an Uber gobank card they've never sent me an Uber gobank card so I get charged $0.50 every time I do instant pay I've tried to get my gobank card it says you already have a go bank card but it doesn't say Uber on it so I don't get my discount. And I have talked to somebody and they tell me will you got to start over it to do it well then I don't have the card I got to wait another month don't want to do that either it wasn't my mistake it was you all. So I believe I should be sent an Uber gobank card and once I get it my information be switched over to it by me calling and putting in my passcode
We fixed a few bugs and made some minor improvements.
