Like the account but.... I wish they would waive the monthly fee if you deposit a certain amount other than having to be direct deposit. Also, app is having issues, when trying to log in, it sends me to the initial start up for setting up account. Going to uninstall and hope it fixes issue!

The reason for five stars is the interaction of support on line w/clients, addresses each little quirks.. I'm happy to have found it! After using the service I will return to comment on services.. While it's a great idea the service is lackluster First off, I am a busy person. I want to deposit funds with ease and have the ability to work with a representative to override account lock outs. Instead I get locked out of my account when I am trying to deposit money. When I try to call in for help there is nothing they can do. I understand trying to protect my identity but I'm too busy to remember a ridiculous password because this is supposed to be my account. Why does GoBank make it impossible to work with them?
