Fantastic I use GoBank for Uber and use the cool all black debit card that was sent to me. Great for business income or as a second bank account. I've had no issues using the banking information for direct deposit or for transactions like loans being paid. Works on all my devices without issues or errors. Worth looking into!
Some serious flaws.... Quick balance slide doesn't work. Doesn't show current balance, only the balance from the last login. If you have to log in for it to be accurate, why even have it!? Also, no way to refresh balance screen, so if you have the app running, make a purchase, and want to look at a balance again, have to close it and restart from the login to see the new balance. Something as basic as a refresh not there? Come on!
Poor customer service!!! In my case, a merchant declined my gobank card, I went outside to check my Gobank app. I saw that the merchant actually took the money from my account. I called gobank thinking that they can help me, they gave me an appeal process that takes 45 days!!! They told me "oh we're going to investigate and get back with you" and they never got back with me. Do not choose gobank it is definitely a mistake!!!
Terrible App They get 2 stars as I can usually log into the app, eventually. I've wasted hours of my life logging in because of inaccurate account balance pings. Half or more of the time I log in and it asks me to activate my new card, that I've been using for 6 months. If app improves I'll update review.
Used to love it My visa card had expired and when I called, the rep was very uninformed. Kept putting me on hold. Was told I cannot have a new card and to go out and start over with another account because they would be closing the current one. No warning at all! My direct deposit was due to hit in 3 days with no way to access it or pay bills. Horrible customer service!
I lost my card and ordered a new one well went bought a temp one and put money on it went to return something at Walmart. Com can't get refund can't get gobank customer service on the phone can't get them to answer my emails. I found alot other ppl are having horrible time with them also read the reviews online. Worst ever prepaid
We fixed a few bugs and made some really good improvements. Like, really good.
