HeadShift is what happens when Snake meets 2048.
Move across the board, collect numbered tiles, and merge matching values. Every merge makes your snake longer — good for your score, but not so good for the amount of space left around you.
Sooner or later, your own body will get in the way.
When that happens, you can leave the head tile behind and continue moving from the next segment. It might open an escape route, set up another merge, or create an even bigger problem a few moves later.
There are no timers and no complicated controls. HeadShift is played one move at a time, so you can stop, look at the board, and decide what is actually worth doing.
• Merge matching number tiles
• Grow a longer and more valuable snake
• Leave part of the snake behind to escape tight spots
• Plan moves without time pressure
• Beat your high score
• Play quick sessions whenever you have a few minutes
The rules are simple. Not trapping yourself is the difficult part.
Merge numbers, grow your snake, and cut it short when you run out of space.
