I would rate this app 0 stars if it was possible. I have a parcel which was scheduled for delivery on Aug 13, but the ETA was suddenly changed to Aug 14.It is now August 18, 2026 and the parcel still has not been delivered. Due to your team not having the ability to deliver my parcel on time, I would like to know if it is possible to just pick it up personally from your warehouse. If only I had a choice I would have chosen a different delivery method, but oh well. It is what it is. Do your job.

I will never use this application anymore. Rider doesn't even want to pick up the parcel. It is now my 3rd day of rebooking, since the rider kept ignoring my messages and call. Seems like your rider doesn't even want to pick up the package. And at the end of the day, they will text you, saying just rebook the transaction and will put on the application, seller issue. Seriously?!

Parcel pick up has been canceled and rebooked for couple of times already (4 times to be exact) It's been two weeks and still no attempts of pick up yet. And when I am trying to cancel the transaction, there isn't even an option that it's because it is taking too long to be picked up. It's always either the receiver or sender's fault, when clearly it is YOUR fault.
