downloaded and installed to leave a review with a still pending order to be delivered, tried to deliver twice, and said no one was at home, but someone was, never bothered to call the provided contact number, you can't claim failed to deliver due to no one was at home when you didn't call. would not recommend receiving orders through gogo express.

I will never use this application anymore. Rider doesn't even want to pick up the parcel. It is now my 3rd day of rebooking, since the rider kept ignoring my messages and call. Seems like your rider doesn't even want to pick up the package. And at the end of the day, they will text you, saying just rebook the transaction and will put on the application, seller issue. Seriously?!

DO NOT book your parcel delivery with them! Even if you pay in advance or CoD it doesn't matter. Your parcel WILL STILL be delayed. Their riders are TOO LAZY to look for addresses, and will just flag it as incorrect address. Customer care is non existent other than pre-made standardized replies. Better do your business with another courier than them.
