I will never use this application anymore. Rider doesn't even want to pick up the parcel. It is now my 3rd day of rebooking, since the rider kept ignoring my messages and call. Seems like your rider doesn't even want to pick up the package. And at the end of the day, they will text you, saying just rebook the transaction and will put on the application, seller issue. Seriously?!

07/15/22 Gave the app another chance and booked again. This time, it was a hassle free transaction. I hope they keep this up 👍 **** Worst courier ever.. every single time I book with them, pick up always fail and after a week, I always end up cancelling the bookings because riders don't even bother attempting to pick up the parcel. Such a waste of time. Customer service is always busy. Takes them more than 24 hours to reply. I'm uninstalling this app now.

Never again, pick up was quick but will take a really long time for the parcel to be delivered. Going 30 days for my delivery which is still stuck "out for delivery status" for 7 days now but still no update. Been contacting them via the customer service and facebook page but no help so far and the same "we'll get in touch with the relevant team..".
