Since 02 updated their app I can't access it. I've put my phone number in multiple times to get sent a login access code and each time it has told me there is a problem and it fails to do anything. Useless! Also 02 customer service is awful. No one gets back to you. I've contacted via chat, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to get an explanation and no response

Please revert to the old shade of blue for the UI, the new shade is really harsh and unpleasant. I also think the app should've retained the O2 branding. I miss when there were often additional free Greggs items like bakes & sweet treats available, these are never given anymore. I'd like it if prize draws that you didn't win would move to the bottom of the list (or ideally, be removed from the list) under Prize draws in My Priority. Too many prize draws require signing up externally–none should.

Nice to get some free treats occasionally, but why doesn't the app name/icon mention O2? It's difficult to see the 'food & drink' tab at the top of 'offers' for lack of contrast and the app is too demanding for location permission.
