I used to love this app and had no issue paying for the membership, but things changed . It never works right. I have cancelation insurance, so I can cancel until an hour before my tee time. You used to get 100% of your points back, but now you only get about 10% back. So what the hell am I paying for. In addition, it hasn't been working, can't even see available tee times anymore. I will NOT be using it and definitely won't be renewing my Golf Pass membership next year.

Deceptive membership practices. Golfnow would not let me cancel a tee time, despite having got their member pass membership which allows for 10 cancelations an hour prior to the tee time. When contacted, Samantha told me it was only a trial, so the benefits don't apply. No where was this stated when I signed up. Absolutely deceptive... Aside from this, the app is nice to see what tee time is around.

Don't pay for green fees on this app! Difficult to Navigate-Scheduled Wrong Day We scheduled a tee time for a Sunday afternoon, but it somehow switched to Sat (same day) and when we tried to correct after paying, the app says we can't cancel due to 24 hour policy. Don't pay for green fees on this app! Call the course you want to play directly or you will lose your money!
