I signed up, I paid for my month subscription and then a few days later I can not get into my account. I have tried everything from signing in to trying the password reset which should send an email to my email account and for days now all I get is a message saying "Type Error: Network request failed". They got my money for nothing this month, they won't get it for next month!

This app is so disappointing. Great search options, but there is no way to communicate with other members unless they are also premium (paid) members. I searched for men and only two had the ability to message. I was not compatible with either. I emailed customer service, and they sent me back an email that was literally "." No actual help at all. It's a scam. Unbelievably rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Do not download this app.
