The amount of downloads speaks volumes, not enough people using it and I've looked back in since being away and all my settings are off, I cant edit anything, I'm a first responder not a good Sam so a bit disappointed, I'll be uninstalling it even though my CFR group recommend it. I'm having a real issue loading up evidence of an AED in location. The system isn't recognising the images. The reports page doesn't work either.

Hi James, we are sorry you are having trouble with the app. Could you re-install the app and give it all the permissions it requires? The app saves the setting in the device and if the permission is not granted then these settings will not be saved. (Hopefully if you re-install, give permissions and turn the options on, they will stay on)

Was great until latest update 4.11.2022. Was able to select Steward shifts up to 30km radius from location. Since 'update' can't see all ahifts in all locations. I have to filter by date to find shifts then accept. It's a real pain. Have you limited numbers to be seen or by distance. Or have you tweaked for Apple phones and messed up Android update. Either fix it quick please.

Not very intuitive - lack of clear guidance how to use effectively if you receive an alert. For example when you press with patient it changes to not with patient. 2. Also what do you do if arriving along with paramedic and no longer required. 3. Finally and perhaps most annoying is taking time to switch on and off duty only to still get alerted when off duty and unable to attend. Thanks any advice on other points 2&3? Uninstalled as pinging me when off duty at inappropriate times

Hi Stephen, the text on the button changes to reflect the action you have just taken. If you press the "With patient button", the system records that you are with the patient and the button changes to "Not with the patient" which you can press if you are no longer with the patient. It really does what it says on the tin!

What's new

- Very minor internal improvments.
