Personal loans eligibility criteria
* Age: 21- 60 years
* Annual household income: ₹3,00,000
* Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹100 to ₹20,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 - 84 Months

Loan against mutual fund eligibility criteria:
* Age: 18-65 years, Mutual Fund Investment: Min. ₹2000 Portfolio, *Subject to Lender Policy
Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹1000 to ₹50,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 60 Months
Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 9.5% to 45%

EMI: ₹18,582 | Processing Fee: ₹17,700
Total Payable: ₹6,68,945 | Total Cost: ₹1,86,645
Effective APR: 21.92%

Ratings and reviews

I have noticed that every time I use the CRED app, I receive reward cards, but they are not useful for anything. Earlier, I at least used to get cashback occasionally, but even that has stopped now. Sometimes the app gives shopping reward cards, but none of them are useful for even small purchases. Because of this, I am not using the app frequently. It would be better if CRED removes these irrelevant rewards and focuses more on providing real cashback or genuinely useful shopping vouchers.

Only good thing about this app that you can manage your credit card payments on a single platform. Rest everything is pointless. The rewards they offer are useless and pointless I have been offered an Audible subscription for 3 months about 15 times roughly. They fool you in name of cashback... you can only get them through that reward game and that also deducts your cred coins on every turn. Aside from the payment gateway everything else is just a Ponzi scheme.

The app has become miserable nowadays. First of all, there is no calling support, second of all, being a member from the past 7 years, they still take time to verify the payments, for 3 days.. What the heck. What's the purpose of providing a service if the payment is supposed to go on hold for 3 days and the person on the other side keeps waiting. Lost trust in the app. I will not recommend it to anyone now.
