The BIGGEST issue I have is it turns itself off when I receive calls or messages while I walk, and I don't answer or open them. Not to mention it'll turn itself off at random but I don't know til I go to turn off my walk when we're done. So messages, calls and random times it'll turn off the walk on its own. Not to mention it can't run in the background like other walking apps it has to be open at all times. I lose out on a lot of steps because of this internal rigging.

problem fixed! Thank You LOTS!! not able to enter date for last exam. sent ticket 8 days ago, no response. try to log in and it doesnt recognize my email. the step counter reset itself during a walk. please assist.

It doesn't work very well. You have to keep the screen on all the time, so you can't exit the app to answer the phone or take a photo or video. Sometimes, it just stops counting. It's not what I expected, because I walk my pet quite a bit, twice a day (2 hours in the morning and 1.5 in the evening) every day of the week, and I wanted to know how many steps we take on each outing.
