I had to download 2 apps to try and check in online and then it said that flight did not exist.... the term "That's Indonesia " is a excuse for being Lazy and not trying to fix the short commings of their systems. My advice is to leave as soon as you can and never look back

worst airline ever... hard to contact, phone not working, chat slow, Whatsapp not working... i choose minus 5 star if available. i only need to buy seat. awful airlines ever : no contact available to contact... sending an email is totally time wasted, nothing gonna happened. you just have no time for us customer. period. minus 10 star if available please google. it's so uncomfortable to deal with this airlines. totally awful day and experience

This app is totally useless. It is completely dysfunctional. I downloaded it because the Lion Air website was broken hoping for a solution. Reading the reviews, clearly this app is broken, has been forever and should not be available/ suitable for download. The Lion Air Group bot sincerely apologizing forever tells me there is something seriously wrong within Lion Air IT. I really hope their aircraft operations department is more organized😣
