absolutely terrible. need to modify my flights, trip suddenly needs to be ten days shorter. I paid EXTRA and bought flexi tickets for this reason. everytime I go to modify, it throws an error! it won't let me change my flight. Online, on my laptop, on my phone, on the app, on my ipad!! whatsApp chat is no help and since I'm out of Malaysia I don't have the cell service to call! had a friend call for me, stuck on hold. already sent an email, no response. what am I supposed to do!?!

Almost missed my flight by assuming that the app is functional. Checked in the day before the departure and couldn't find the e boarding pass in the app in front of the custom check point at the airport. There is no way to retrieve your 'boarding pass' in the app. Better make sure a copy is sent to your email or otherwise you have to go to the counter to print the boarding pass.

Paying is challenging either hangs or unresponsive. And at times charged but without knowing until there's an email. Identifying what we have on ticket (luggage, seat booked) very inconvenient to check. You've actually got to go check-in. Everything feels not right with this app.
