absolutely terrible. need to modify my flights, trip suddenly needs to be ten days shorter. I paid EXTRA and bought flexi tickets for this reason. everytime I go to modify, it throws an error! it won't let me change my flight. Online, on my laptop, on my phone, on the app, on my ipad!! whatsApp chat is no help and since I'm out of Malaysia I don't have the cell service to call! had a friend call for me, stuck on hold. already sent an email, no response. what am I supposed to do!?!

Impossible for me to pay with UK credit card.. screen just circling continuously (not any problem for Air Asia). So I had to buy the ticket on Trip app. I got the same ticket fare which includes the option to take an earlier flight if a seat available. When I get to the airport for earlier flight, desk staff refuse to see it as valid, asking I pay another 60% of ticket cost to be on the flight. I said no. A real shame to see such lack of care in what should be a great company for Malaysia.

can't change flights. the app loads the website, and the website gives an error everytime I try and change the flight. tried calling up, they then try and charge an extra $200 surcharge on top of the fare difference shown on the change booking options. ridiculous. I paid extra to be able to have a flexi ticket, and I can't even change the flights online without the customer care surcharge over the phone
