This application allows athletes to have a start in the same conditions as during a competition.
To get closer to the conditions of a start, it is possible to choose a "delay variation". This allows for a variable time between the set and the shot.
Rule of calculation to have a random time between the setand the shot (as it is the case in competition):
A minimum bound and a maximum bound are calculated using the set- fire times and the delay variation time.
Min bound = delay set fire - delay variation / 2
Max bound = delay set fire + delay variation / 2
Thus the difference between the min boundand the max boundis equal to the delay variation.
Then a value between the min boundand the max bound is chosen and replaces the set- fire time.
To enter decimal values, use a period as a separator (eg 1.5 for one second and fifty hundredths).
