the pin, in addition to the physical card, is too complicated. I have been locked out and I don't honestly know why(except maybe because more than 3 years since last use?). so card is useless and correcting it will be even more annoying. at some point you just have to act in trust and audit in other ways. (worked fine for centuries).

Thank you for your feedback. If you have entered your ID PIN incorrectly three times in a row, the PIN will be locked. You can lift this lock in the PIN management section using your PUK. For the best possible assistance, please contact our support experts directly.

I went back to Bürgeramt to get my 6 digit pin activated. This only took about 5 - 10 minutes. I supplied the correct pin on the app, and it works perfectly. I could access my data with no problem.

This app is one of the most frustrating app soever, very difficult to reach the ID Card. You try all you could.The next thing it will block your card. and also refused to unblock it.i hate it so much.
