Uninstalling this scam. 2 problems costing me money! First, I booked and driver spent 15 minutes on the same spot, then when he's finally 1 minute away from me, he suddenly disappears and is 6 minutes away. I cancel because I'm running late and then get charged 500 frs for cancelling. You make me miss my meeting and still charge me on top of it. Second day, driver accepts my request and immediately marks I've reached my destination. I get charged 900 FCFA without even seeing the vehicle. Scam!

The same thing with a lot of person they don't know the way get lost and the price increases they don't want to follow the route that the app gives them or the app stops working last time I asked for a car without air conditioning a person comes but tells me that I have to pay for the air conditioning I am really sorry but I am not at all happy with what your app provides me talk to your drivers from Benin we are fed up
