Nothing about this app works and it hasn't for at least year! Why won't you fix it? Tried the app last week to purchase windshield washer fluid and it wouldn't bring any up. I just tried to sign on after deleting the app and reinstalling it again, and it says my password is wrong despite using it just last week. Said it would send the verification code. Fifteen minutes later, there is no code, plus it won't acknowledge sending again.

Don't know what has changed recently. My local napa used to be my only parts store in Middlebury Indiana . The. Manager that used to solve my problems disappeared. So did the parts I needed . I used to go in and he had my parts in store . Now they have order them and half the time can't get them . Now the app sucks and so does the store . Napa lost a lot of knowledge when they let Jerry go . And lost a long time customer

Got a new phone, downloaded this app which I had on my old phone, put in my info and now it tells me wrong info, worked great on old phone, tried at least thirty times still tells me my info is wrong. Please fix this app. Therefore I can't give this app a rating at all. Had to give one star to be able to post, doesn't deserve that much right now.
