Update:it failed to connect like other reviews noted. After much troubleshooting I reinstalled the app, forgot it in my bluetooth settings and the removed the display from my wall and disconnected the battery + and solar + and then waited 1 minutes. Then reconnected the + wires and paired. Original: It works ok for my GP-PWM-30-UL. No problems connecting and shows basic info on status. Recommend on the next update to the app include the actual percent of the battery like the control panel shows.

Not ready for prime time. Initial pairing and set up worked fine. After a couple days the app couldn't find the controller. I tried EVERYTHING listed on their website for 'GP-PWM-30-UL: Bluetooth Connection Issues'. I can get it to pair again, but, after I do the APP won't read data and just freezes. And Go Power, no removing the controller from the wall, being sure to cover your solar panels, disconnecting all the wires from the controller for 15 minutes, and reassembling everything is NOT an acceptable solution!!!

Thank you so much for your patience. We understand your frustration and have been working hard to fix the connectivity issues with the Go Power! Connect. We've tested it and then tested again, to provide you with an app that delivers what it promises. We even worked out a few other bugs along the way. Please see the app description for more info.

Update: yes, it's completely useless. All it will do is connect. It won't tell me anything about my batteries. Please, just remove this from the playstore. I guess it's not completely useless...but mostly. It just won't stay connected. The app icon in the store is completely different than the app icon after it's installed on my phone. Everytime I go back into the app, it's forgotten/lost connection. I have to delete the Bluetooth connection from my phone and start over. Everytime.
