About this app

GraceRoutine is a privacy-first self-care companion for building daily routines without pressure, guilt, or noisy streak chasing.

Create simple morning and evening rituals, track habit progress, log how you feel, and let the app adapt its guidance to your day. Whether your energy is high, low, tired, anxious, or steady, GraceRoutine helps you choose a kind version of your routine and keep going at a pace that feels human.

What you can do with GraceRoutine:

Build personalized self-care routines for skincare, haircare, hydration, body care, mental wellness, and other daily rituals.
Use daily check-ins to record energy, stress, emotions, sleep quality, mood notes, and a daily intention.
See your saved check-in as a calm snapshot on Home and Progress.
Get adaptive, supportive routine guidance based on how you feel today.
Track completions, self-care points, weekly rhythm, categories, and routine history.
Add notes and optional private comparison photos to routine logs.
Set local reminders for your custom habits.
Choose visual themes and layouts that match the way you want the app to feel.
Protect your space with optional biometric lock and fallback passcode.
Optionally back up and restore your data with your own Google Drive account.
GraceRoutine is designed around gentle consistency. It does not treat rest as failure. Skipping, simplifying, or choosing a lighter version still belongs in the practice.

Privacy-first by design:

Most app data stays on your device by default.
Routine logs, check-ins, notes, settings, and photos are stored locally.
Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
Google Drive backup is optional and only used when you choose it.
Your self-care data is not sold or used for advertising.
GraceRoutine is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice. It is a personal routine and self-care tracker designed to support everyday wellbeing habits.
