If I could give a 0, I would. The app sucks, the company is awful and they have continued to be unable to provide us service for weeks. Multiple doctors have canceled appts the morning of (with no penalty/explanation), we have constant technical issues with app, which has caused us to miss appts, and there's no way to contact your doctor on the app, phone or email to work through these issues. Then, when you call them, they have no answers, can't help anything. Worst. Company. App. EVER

Finding care through the app is incredibly buggy and frustrating to use. You will spend 30 minutes filling out forms only for it to say that something went wrong. I've talked with support multiple times and they cannot help. The app itself has plenty of other poor design decisions and bugs. Even though it looks nice, it actually is very frustrating to use.
