Constantly needs to be updated, yet no real improvements. Not user friendly. Constantly clicking areas and getting errors. Zero history right now. Automatically chooses your primary care dr for you if you see a new dr. Cannot search for telehealth drs you've seen. Days and weeks will go by with no answers in messages. I hate using this app and only use it when I absolutely have to. Theres always an issue. ALWAYS.

So I am an Android user and I have updated to the latest version of the included health app I was previously had Doctor on demand and I loveed DOD. I never experienced any issues with that app but I know that they have been I believe transitioned over or brought out I'm not sure. So I started getting an email from included health indicating that I owed a balance. But the email looked a little suspicious especially being that going into the included health app and into the desk

Awful experience. Someone decided to merge this service and Doctor on Demand right before the holidays. It's been completely unusable since then. I've been on hold for hours with their support several times, who is understaffed and can't keep up with the volume. I've tried emailing and messaging in the app and no one is responding. I really liked my provider that I've been working with for years. I guess I'll just give up and quit using the service since they can't fix my account after a month.
