Ultimately, I was able to meet with a nurse and she did a great job listening to all the information I gave her and coming up with a care plan. She communicated very clearly. I was very pleased with this. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in the app. - inaccurate estimated wait times - inconsistent estimated wait times (SMS versus app data) - impossible to log into schedule appointment on phone app. must use website. This was not made clear

Almost everything works. I can't save my mailing address in the app though. I tap "Save Changes," go to the previous screen and go back to contact info and the mailing address disappears! I have a video if y'all want to see what I did.

after scheduling appointment it fails to connect. after camera and microphone check it just gets stuck. no explanation, just doesn't ever show the actual connection. trying to message tech support. they couldn't fix it. was able to connect from a computer with the web page though.
