About this app

The SANTE WTW application is made available to policyholders whose complementary health insurance is managed by WTW. To access it, simply use the email provided to WTW. If you have never given us your email address, go to the www.witiwi.fr portal to create your account.

The SANTE WTW mobile app allows you to:
- Consult the details of your membership
- Update your contact details
- Track your refunds, including refunds made to a third party or pending parts
- Download your third-party payment card even offline
- Download your summary of guarantees
- Download your monthly reimbursement statements
- Transmit your requests (invoices, supporting documents, quotes, etc.) in files or by taking snapshots
- Follow the progress of your requests and the answers of the Customer Service
- Request hospital treatment
- Geolocate the partners of the care network you benefit from
- Chat live with a teleconsultant
- Contact Customer Service with access adapted for people with hearing impairments
- Subscribe to email alerts
- Manage your profile (email, password, language)
- Consult practical information: useful links and numbers, emergency actions and FAQ

Probably the worst app I've ever had to use. The sign in never works. If i have to change to a different app to find a document, it signs me out. The passwords don't sync with the online password change which i am required to change EVERY F*@$!_ING MONTH. I seriously hate that i have to use this.

The application is a Joke it simply does not work. Same with their website, after registering I keep getting "user not found". No way to contact them as the Contact links do not work. They never sent a card I can use to my address. Simply put it is a SCAM.

Loading time is not fast. It is difficult to find stuff, for example the reply of a message that has been closed
