Zee5, this app has issues with the subtitles. Sometimes, they refuse to come on when watching on my firetv and android phone. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It works for a bit, then reverts to the same issue. What's more disappointing is that there isn't any form of customer service to help with this issue. I have tried many times by commenting on it on social media and no one is of any help. Get your act together and do something about this. Help center is a waste.

Their business is a landmine -- you never know when you're going to step on one -- Caveat emptor! As it goes with credit cards, I needed to update my information to ensure successful subscription-renewal transactions in the future. They rejected my new number because they mistakenly thought it was fraudulent. Weeks earlier, PayPal had no issue with that new number and has successfully processed numerous transactions. RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER:I have engaged help the past two days, unsuccessfully.

Trash can't even buy a premium subscription. Also, some of the movies don't even play they just buffer and keep getting the same error over and over. "Something went wrong pleasetry again after some time." I contact support, and they are no help they keep writing back same text. Please clear cache and data and reinstall the app. This issue isn't just on the app it's also on all the platforms. Then, I can't even cancel the subscription. I keep getting error messages.
