* You need to be registered for our Internet Banking to have access to Mobile Banking.

As with Internet Banking, Mobile Banking is fee free, however data charges may be applicable from your mobile service provider.

I never wanted to deal with my money online, but it is a lot easier paying bills, etc. I would still like my info to be kept super private, but I don't trust banks with anything. The Greater Bank was a lot better when they had phone banking. Please bring it back.

The app allows basic things like balance checks, Bill Pay, account transfers, direct deposits, card block and ATM and Branch locations. Probably the most annoying thing is when you click on the login icon, it takes a few seconds to move onto the login page (petty issue, I know). Would be good to see more functions similar to CBA's app like spend monitoring/allocations and be able to set goals. Maybe it's in the pipeline, not sure? This app does make my banking life easier.

I cannot access any information, I put my password in/finger print recognition and it says connection error. I have closed and re-opened the app. I have turned the phone on and off. And I have even Uninstalled and re-installed the app and still the same. Worst thing is this has been happy whilst I have been on holidays. Please sort this out asap, thank you

We became were aware of an issue affecting a small number of customers using our App. The issue was related to a new version of Google Chrome that was released. We have now fixed this issue and apologise for the inconvenience.
