* You need to be registered for our Internet Banking to have access to Mobile Banking.

Galaxy S24 Ultra The new app is not as fast as the old version The new app will freeze after using biometrics. 8 out of 10 times, it will recover, but occasionally, you need to refresh the app and try again. Transferring money sometimes lags before confirming transfers. It looks good but is significantly slower than the old polished version.

The new update has the account transaction screen larger than the phone screen, so I have to move it across to see all the information on the screen, as in purchase detail and money in/out, the icons to indicate what type of account are fine but the app was really ok. If anything need to put in a feature to be able to change the pin on any card like NAB has. If you fix the resolution of the screen I'll be happy again

The new app constantly times out very quickly. I'm trying to apply for a new car loan and it has timed out multiple times making me restart the forms from the very begining again. It will time out in the middle of doing my banking and while I am doing stuff making me start again. It is a nuances. I'd rather the old app.
