The Gree update to Gree + crashes every time I start it on my Samsung phone. I've tried all the recommended fixes several times. Nothing works. I can no longer update the schedules or operate it remotely. Unfortunately, I can't go back to the app that did work. Our Gree mini-splits are in an old library that our non-profit leases from the city, and I need to be able to manage the units remotely.

I am controlling a Tosot mini-split. This app will log off, and when you sign back in it does not have assigned to settings like Fahrenheit. It is hard to locate edit functions like adding a device to a room. My device shows as "virtual" and is not assigned to a room, but can't figure out how to assign it to a room. Perhaps I would have to Un-install and then re-install the app to accomplish this, instead of editing it. Perhaps the least user friendly app I have ever used.

Basically garbage. The app UI is terrible, and the concept of having to select a "region" is totally unnecessary. More importantly though, the AC seems to disappear after a few days, even though the unit itself thinks it's on wifi and the Wi-Fi network is working fine. Then you have to go back through the clumsy pairing process to reset everything. Horrible low quality software and they don't seem to be making it any better over the past year or two.
