The Gree update crashed every time I tried to start it. I uninstalled and deleted cash and data. it didn't resolve it. I finally took a hint that an access point or mesh network could be an issue. I unplugged my access point, plugged it back in and the app stopped crashing. I can only guess that one of the units connected to the access point when it was powered off and on again.

The worst app imaginable. My neighbors have units from the same company, and it’s a headache trying to figure out which unit is actually mine. There are issues with selecting the country and entering data. It took three tries just to get the code via email. I still haven't been able to connect my air conditioner to the app. Google Pixel 10 pro.

I am controlling a Tosot mini-split. This app will log off, and when you sign back in it does not have assigned to settings like Fahrenheit. It is hard to locate edit functions like adding a device to a room. My device shows as "virtual" and is not assigned to a room, but can't figure out how to assign it to a room. Perhaps I would have to Un-install and then re-install the app to accomplish this, instead of editing it. Perhaps the least user friendly app I have ever used.
