So I've had these mini splits 18 months and now every 1 to 2 weeks every single one of them loses Wi-Fi connection no no router updates, no hardware changes. what's frustrating is that you connect it up which is simple enough but all your programs have gone so you put in all the programs and then wanted to 2 weeks later. it's lost Wi-Fi again. no reply to my other comment so I guess this is what I have to put up with forever

I am controlling a Tosot mini-split. This app will log off, and when you sign back in it does not have assigned to settings like Fahrenheit. It is hard to locate edit functions like adding a device to a room. My device shows as "virtual" and is not assigned to a room, but can't figure out how to assign it to a room. Perhaps I would have to Un-install and then re-install the app to accomplish this, instead of editing it. Perhaps the least user friendly app I have ever used.

Basically garbage. The app UI is terrible, and the concept of having to select a "region" is totally unnecessary. More importantly though, the AC seems to disappear after a few days, even though the unit itself thinks it's on wifi and the Wi-Fi network is working fine. Then you have to go back through the clumsy pairing process to reset everything. Horrible low quality software and they don't seem to be making it any better over the past year or two.
