getting worse. the app is being really weird lately. you guys really need to work on this. it's pretty bad. turning on randomly when I know I have the unit off. these problems happen with the most recent update or two. it loads really quickly on my phone when powering on the app. please do better there used to be an easy way to look at the low temperature protection. I can no longer find that.....

So I've had these mini splits 18 months and now every 1 to 2 weeks every single one of them loses Wi-Fi connection no no router updates, no hardware changes. what's frustrating is that you connect it up which is simple enough but all your programs have gone so you put in all the programs and then wanted to 2 weeks later. it's lost Wi-Fi again. no reply to my other comment so I guess this is what I have to put up with forever

Dumb app. It can't tell you what the current room temperature, only the target temp! Obviously the thermostat has this information, but someone was too lazy to include that critical information in the app. No humidity level...nothing. It has a million other "smart" functions/settings that no one will ever use. Maybe get the basics down first, huh guys? Also I have two thermostats and it always disconnects with one and I need to reset the connection on a regular basis.
