Ratings and reviews

The pubs, as other reviewers say, are great But this app is a bit naff. It promises rewards, but how? The game, when it is available, is only available to play once? So how are the leaderboard toppers on the points they are on? This is just an app to get people not going to the bar. Not how I like my pubs to be so won't be using as it adds nothing. I assume GK will reduce their staff to reflect lack of direct service. Thanks for the couple of free drinks but not really worth it.

Fantastic place to eat, service is great, staff are genial and engaging. Been once already. this is our second visit and no issues so far. very busy, would recommend booking a table first if you are looking to eat. food has been great. we had a great meal before heading off to the theatre. order at the bar or via the app. Never had any problems using it. Very easy to use.

I selected the option to sign in using fingerprint or face ID, and it said that no passkeys are avaliable for the Greene King URL. Passkeys are a different thing so that appears to be a bug. I've only used it to order on two occasions so far and that seems to work fine.
