Terrible experience ordering from this app instead of a waiter. It completely changes the feeling of being at a restaurant and turns it into a tedious experience where you are signing up for an account, adding payment methods, and forced to pay every time you add something new to your order instead of checking out at the end.

right after ordering, they signed me up to receive spam mail. no way to undo, and they steal your email address. I will remember to put fake email in next time, as they only take it to sell your details on. we were forced to use the app to order too because when we tried to order at the bar, the bar staff were too busy chatting and serving their friends and intentionally ignoring the customers waiting.

Location services use is good, tells me which pub I'm at to order. Very pushy to create an account but does allow guest checkout eventually. Very menu divey with minimal search support, and menus unfortunately designed by a lunatic - to order a starter of garlic mushrooms, for example, you open the Mains menu and then navigate to Nibbles then scroll, scroll, scroll... click. App demands a table number to order, which waitstaff then ignore. The food is great, app is ... 3/5, shall we say.
