Terrible experience ordering from this app instead of a waiter. It completely changes the feeling of being at a restaurant and turns it into a tedious experience where you are signing up for an account, adding payment methods, and forced to pay every time you add something new to your order instead of checking out at the end.

The app isn't very user friendly, it isn't easy to find what you are looking for. Also, if you have a free meal offer and try to order from the app you may not get the full amount of the meal taken off the bill. This is because the Mon - Fri day-time menu has 2 mains for a fixed price which confuses the app as to whether you are odering the deal or the regular Mains menu. I had to order at the bar to get the free meal.

I have used this app for ages, suddenly I can't log in. I have changed my password numerous times, uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I contacted customer service who asked me for my id- to be found in the rewards tab. Yeah great, I can't get there...then they tell me they can see I have an account, and to log in using the log in tab. Totally useless. Is it AI? They certainly don't answer the question I asked
