Ratings and reviews

WARNING: app routinely lists item that pickup restaurant location does not have in stock. I got charged for these items and when I went to pick them up, the Dunkin informed me they didn't have what I ordered, but I got charged for it anyway and there was nothing they could do on their end. Tried going through the Dunkin app's help options and found no easily accessible option to request refund, particularly on a weekend. Be prepare to be scammed by these blatant thieves.
