04/02/26 I've tried emailing 3x with your instructions, no reply. 01/06/26, I've sent 2 support emails dince 12/14/25, still waiting for an answer. Can't login to my account, get a "try later or contact us" error message. I've got 2 submissions in limbo. 07/13/23 Overall it has decent offers and cashout was just a few days. But for the last 2 weeks there haven't been any new offers. I submitted a support ticket but no answer yet.

absolutely brilliant app that I've recommended all my friends, family and colleagues to use. I have been using it for nearly a decade now. great products and deals, often ones that id buy anyway even without it. payout is quick and easy, and approval for each purchase takes minutes. it's not failed me so far.

Some really great and healthy offers, but I hate the way some offers just suddenly expire during the middle of the day, so you arrive home having bought the products, only to find the offers have disappeared. I also don't like how "free" doesn't always mean free: some items are more expensive at Tesco Express or Sainsbury’s Local, but GreenJinn doesn't refund the full price
