If greenpal insured service providers that we would get our money I would've given a five star review. However, there have been quite a few clients now that I've serviced and haven't received payment from. I am following up with them daily, as the app requests, and in more than one case have had to wait 2 weeks or more for payment. In some cases, the payments are for $100+ so that does make a dent in my own budget and ability to serve others.

This app constantly is "updating" but not really fixing the problem. The service area range is way off and they have no way to insure vendors get paid. In GreenPal eyes the customer can never do wrong. And the Vendors suffer. It's too easy for a customer to add any type of card(pre-paid) and have $5 on it and you could never really get paid for the lawn. There are so many aspects to this I don't have enough characters

I think I got booted, can't figure out what's going on. It appears all clients have the ability to press a couple buttons and permanently boot you from greenpal, no matter the truth. It's crazy. Add'l, greenpal says nothing to you? But they notify all clients you are no longer on the platform. Don't even communicate with the vendor? Very unkind and bizarre. Even if this was a mistake, given this experience I no longer want to be back on the platform. (to resp: sent email already, being ignored)
