Does not go past the login screen. If I tap on other options it gets stuck in either the e-mail page or the card page. I am pretty sure I am entering my user info correctly for the 1000th time. Unusable as it is right now.

Doesnt work at all. Doesnt load anything. Seems its not active in Amsterdam according to the app while there is a car parked in front of the house.

Poorly designed and poorly implemented. Does not work when you need it most.

Sometimes the service isn't working for days. Apps and web service have a lot of bugs

Unable to login

The app and the service is generally not usable. I cannot see how much I paid, cannot login to a website to change tariff or unsubscribe. My complain has not been answered for two weeks already.

The app is quite confusing and the greenwheels service is not cheap as they claimed.I billed for Saturday and Sunday 108 euros on 180 kilometres.I regret using the service,would have stocked to my usual rental companies.They never issue invoice on time,lied many times my money Is re- funded.Is not a cheap service at all

Service itself is unusable. I can't even login (even if I manage to make the "password" field work) on the website, all the input fields are messed up. Guys, really, make it work first, and only then add all this fancy annoying animations. I hope I can get the deposit back...

The app did not function properly and the customer service was shouting at me. Worst experience of any Carsharing app I ever had (I'm using nearly all available ones in Berlin). Never again.

Does not remember my login Super annoying that sometimes the app logout and I always have to type the overall number. Why does not keep always logged in? Why can't I use my email instead of the number? Please fix that.

Worse than site Entering time is terrible using tiny scrollwheels that jump around. Home screen shows cars you can book right now, which I never need. Booked cars, which I always need, are tucked away in a menu. No clear icons. No available times chaet. Could go on...

Why does it not remember my card number? It cannot be that I have to enter a 16 digit number every time.

Great! Finally an android app, and better than the ios one

Looks good. I was able to book and unlock the car right from the app. Though the app said car is unlocked some 2 seconds before the lock clicked. :) The map browsing functionality may still benefit from some usability improvements. It would also be nice to see particular car's availability in hours, as you can see on web. Overall - good job and nice progress with updates!

Generally a good app, makes using greenwheels easier! Two bugs to fix: changing times during a reservation doesn't work, and an refresh function would be helpful (sometimes app. doesn't find cars nearby as location not updated)
