About this app

Introduction
The iCT-PG app is a digital therapy tool developed by the research team in the Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma at the University of Oxford. This app supports Internet-based Cognitive Therapy for Prolonged Grief Disorder (PGD) by providing secure and convenient access to treatment modules, mood tracking, and therapist communication.

About the Study
Prolonged Grief Disorder (PGD) is a recently recognised mental health condition that arises after bereavement. This app is part of a feasibility randomised controlled trial investigating the acceptability and practicality of Internet-based cognitive therapy for PGD. The study invites bereaved adults to participate in a program involving guided therapy over three months, delivered via secure messaging and video calls. Currently, the app is intended exclusively for participants of this study aged 18 years and older. If you would like to learn more about this study please visit – https://grief.web.ox.ac.uk/home
